Jagger Spun Yarn.jpg
New in the shop for 2016-2017, Maine’s own Jagger Spun yarns. We started with their heathered sport weight, and have just added the delightful Mousam, a truly spectacular worsted weight, super wash yarn. Look for more new arrivals throughout 2017

If colorwork is your passion, or if  you have always wanted to give it a go, but were not sure how to begin, come in for a visit. We have lots of wonderful yarns and fibers from which to choose. Our newest collection of Wee Skeins, is just out of the dye pot, and features a beautifully toothy Romney, 3 ply dk yarn from the Highlands of Maine.  We love this yarn for colorwork, and it knits up into beautiful hats and mitts. It is a wonderful example of our line of curated, Maine raised yarns called Shepherds Choice, which features single farm, breed specific fibers. This line is designed in house and spun at Aroostook Fiber Works.
