September has arrived and it seems that the summer sure did fly by fast. We've been going full steam here at One Lupine with a range of classes, shows, the First Annual Fiber Exhibition, the Tour de Fleece event, and a Drop Spindling class with Heather of Highland Handmades . Most recently, we enjoyed a foray into felting with Jessica Peill-Meininghaus who showed us the delights of making gnomes!
You wouldn't know it this past week, but the weather will be turning cooler soon and as it does ,we are thinking about a list of class offerings and projects you will enjoy. Stay tuned for our new class list. You may access it off the Classes tab or, if you have not already done so, stop by or call to be placed on our e-mail list (never spam, always cool stuff!).
Knitters are such generous people, you probably make more things for others than for yourself. Does that remark resemble you? Consider coming in to pick out a pattern & yarn to make yourself something special for the Fall. As always, we have a dazzling array of colors, some beautiful multi-colored, and hand spun choices: earth tones, greens, golds, pumpkin, & wine - all so lovely in layered garments that will become your Fall staples. Hope to see you on the hill soon. Bring a friend. Use your punch card!
